貴州百靈(002424.SZ)與國信醫藥簽訂技術服務合同書
格隆匯2月17日丨貴州百靈(002424.SZ)公佈，公司(“甲方”)於2020年2月17日與國信醫藥科技(北京)有限公司(“國信醫藥”或“乙方”)就“咳速停糖漿、咳清膠囊治療新型冠狀病毒感染的輕中度肺炎有效性和安全性的隨機、開放、平行對照、多中心臨牀試驗”簽訂《技術服務合同書》。
國信醫藥負責與臨牀醫院簽訂藥物臨牀研究合同，經嚴格篩選，臨牀試驗的參研單位確定為：南昌大學第一附屬醫院(牽頭醫院)。
南昌大學第一附屬醫院目前為江西省省級新型冠狀病毒肺炎醫療救治定點醫院。
南昌大學第一附屬醫院創立於 1939年，是集醫療、教學、科研、預防保健於一體的省直綜合性醫院，全國首批三級甲等醫院。醫院始終堅持“集團化”發展理念，構建全方位、一體化醫療服務體系。南昌大學第一附屬醫院臨牀試驗研究中心依託於醫院強大實力，根據《中華人民共和國藥品管理法》、《中華人民共和國藥品管理法實施條例》和國家食品藥品監督管理局《藥物臨牀試驗管理規範》開展工作。經過30餘年的不斷髮展和幾代人的奮力拼搏，現已成為醫院開展新藥臨牀試驗研究的主要平台，為醫院的臨牀學科發展和我國的新藥臨牀研究做出了卓越的貢獻。
項目名稱為咳速停糖漿、咳清膠囊治療新型冠狀病毒感染的輕中度肺炎有效性和安全性的隨機、開放、平行對照、多中心臨牀試驗。技術內容：按照國家藥監局《藥品註冊管理辦法》、《藥物臨牀試驗質量管理規範》的相關要求，組織臨牀研究單位完成咳速停糖漿、咳清膠囊上市後臨牀研究全部工作(撰寫方案、申報倫理、監查、統計、總結報告撰寫)。成果驗收：(1)咳速停糖漿、咳清膠囊治療新型冠狀病毒感染的輕中度肺炎有效性和安全性的隨機、開放、平行對照、多中心臨牀試驗各醫院的分中心報告、總結報告、統計分析報告、知情同意書、病例報告表，以及申報所需的其他與臨牀研究有關的資料。(2)倫理委員會批件及經倫理委員會確認的臨牀研究方案。
隨着新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情持續發酵，公司一直密切關注疫情防控進展，堅決擁護和貫徹落實黨中央、國務院疫情防控工作的重大決策，積極響應政府號召和要求，將防控疫情放在首位。
疫情發生以來，公司立即與具備病毒研究條件的中國中醫科學院中藥研究所進行合作，對公司用於治療流行感冒和呼吸道疾病的部分已上市和在研藥物，開展防治冠狀病毒性呼吸道感染藥物篩選及藥效評價的研究。雙方科研人員始終保持密切合作和聯繫，正在夜以繼日的開展相關研究工作。與此同時，通過關注當前疫情發展和變化的流行病學情況，在保證安全性的條件下，結合公司部分上市多年藥品的臨牀療效，選擇適當藥品開展臨牀研究，為獲取第一手臨牀資料做準備，有利於抗新冠肺炎藥物篩選和評價的深入進行。
