迪馬股份(600565.SH)擬發行不超40億元債務融資工具
格隆匯2月17日丨迪馬股份(600565.SH)公佈,為進一步拓寬公司融資渠道,優化公司債務結構,合理控制財務成本,通過債務融資工具的合理運用及時滿足資金需求,根據相關規定,公司擬發行不超過40億元人民幣的債務融資工具。其中公司債發行不超過20億元,銀行間定向債務融資工具發行不超過20億元。
債務融資工具的期限最長不超過10年(含10年)。公司發行不同類型的債務融資工具募集的資金將用於滿足公司或子公司生產經營需要,包括不限於償還債務、調整債務結構、補充流動資金、項目投資或重要支付等。
