安踏体育(02020.HK)料疫情对上半年业绩造成一定影响
安踏体育(02020.HK)公布，自今年1月疫情爆发以来，中国多个省市启动最高级别的重大突发公共卫生事件一级回应，采取各项严格措施遏制疫情蔓延。公司一直密切关注疫情并谨慎应对，已於1月23日成立应急小组，由公司执行董事郑捷担任组长，成员并包括执行董事赖世贤及吴永华，及其他管理团队成员。若有重大事项，第一时间上报应急小组统一决策，并协调公司管理团队及各部门以实施相关措施。
公司表示，其销售网路覆盖中国多个省份及城市。为积极配合疫情防控工作及确保员工及顾客的健康与安全，公司遵循各地政府相关部门的指引和要求，不同区域部分门店已经暂停营业。截至2月14日，於中国大陆各品牌合计接近40%的门店已经恢复营业。同时，公司亦启动全体员工居家办公模式，一些重点工作也在线上有序推进。另外公司亦积极鼓励消费者透过电子商务平台购物，加强电子渠道行销，取得一定成果。
公司一直密切关注疫情及有关事件的进一步发展，除了配合政府和相关卫生部门的指引和安排，也将根据疫情发展态势及各地政府政策，以决定仍然暂时停业的门店的恢复营业安排。公司亦与分销商紧密沟通，密切留意销售表现，并会按实际情况检视未来季度的订货会订单，并适时采取合适的措施，以减低任何风险的出现。
另外，公司於抗疫的第一时间，作为首批捐赠的企业，於1月25日向中华慈善总会捐赠1,000万元人民币(下同)现金，另於2月13日捐赠了2,000万元的防寒衣物及相关物资，以资助於抗疫一线的医护人员。
公司各自有工厂於农历新年假期之後，按有关政府规定的停工期停产两周，并将於下周开始逐步恢复生产，但由於某些地区交通运输设施的暂停或有限度服务，某些身在比较受影响省市的员工，尤其是湖北地区的员工，目前仍无法按计划返回生产单位，导致公司的自有工厂的生产能力未能达到正常水平，料仍需一段时间才能恢复。惟公司估计，政府有关疫情的措施所带来之影响属暂时性，加上公司以外包生产为主，去年中期报告中以销售数量计，安踏品牌自产鞋服的占比分别只有34.4%及11.9%。公司将积极与外包生产供应商协调产能，灵活调整自产及外包生产安排，努力减低对产品供应的影响。
公司正密切审视市场情况，继续评估疫情对营运及财务表现的影响，预计在目前特殊情况下，疫情将无可避免地对今年上半年的行业及公司财务表现造成一定影响，预期最快要到下半年才恢复正常水平。公司将继续努力应对，尽力将疫情对公司的影响控制在可控范围之内，同时加强控制成本并及时采取适当措施，以及适时发布进一步公告。
