安踏體育(02020.HK)料疫情對上半年業績造成一定影響
安踏體育(02020.HK)公布，自今年1月疫情爆發以來，中國多個省市啟動最高級別的重大突發公共衛生事件一級回應，採取各項嚴格措施遏制疫情蔓延。公司一直密切關注疫情並謹慎應對，已於1月23日成立應急小組，由公司執行董事鄭捷擔任組長，成員並包括執行董事賴世賢及吳永華，及其他管理團隊成員。若有重大事項，第一時間上報應急小組統一決策，並協調公司管理團隊及各部門以實施相關措施。
公司表示，其銷售網路覆蓋中國多個省份及城市。為積極配合疫情防控工作及確保員工及顧客的健康與安全，公司遵循各地政府相關部門的指引和要求，不同區域部分門店已經暫停營業。截至2月14日，於中國大陸各品牌合計接近40%的門店已經恢復營業。同時，公司亦啟動全體員工居家辦公模式，一些重點工作也在線上有序推進。另外公司亦積極鼓勵消費者透過電子商務平台購物，加強電子渠道行銷，取得一定成果。
公司一直密切關注疫情及有關事件的進一步發展，除了配合政府和相關衛生部門的指引和安排，也將根據疫情發展態勢及各地政府政策，以決定仍然暫時停業的門店的恢復營業安排。公司亦與分銷商緊密溝通，密切留意銷售表現，並會按實際情況檢視未來季度的訂貨會訂單，並適時採取合適的措施，以減低任何風險的出現。
另外，公司於抗疫的第一時間，作為首批捐贈的企業，於1月25日向中華慈善總會捐贈1,000萬元人民幣(下同)現金，另於2月13日捐贈了2,000萬元的防寒衣物及相關物資，以資助於抗疫一線的醫護人員。
公司各自有工廠於農曆新年假期之後，按有關政府規定的停工期停產兩周，並將於下周開始逐步恢復生產，但由於某些地區交通運輸設施的暫停或有限度服務，某些身在比較受影響省市的員工，尤其是湖北地區的員工，目前仍無法按計劃返回生產單位，導致公司的自有工廠的生產能力未能達到正常水平，料仍需一段時間才能恢復。惟公司估計，政府有關疫情的措施所帶來之影響屬暫時性，加上公司以外包生產為主，去年中期報告中以銷售數量計，安踏品牌自產鞋服的佔比分別只有34.4%及11.9%。公司將積極與外包生產供應商協調產能，靈活調整自產及外包生產安排，努力減低對產品供應的影響。
公司正密切審視市場情況，繼續評估疫情對營運及財務表現的影響，預計在目前特殊情況下，疫情將無可避免地對今年上半年的行業及公司財務表現造成一定影響，預期最快要到下半年才恢復正常水平。公司將繼續努力應對，盡力將疫情對公司的影響控制在可控範圍之內，同時加強控制成本並及時採取適當措施，以及適時發布進一步公告。
