星網宇達(002829.SZ)目前已突破基於低軌衞星的微波天線、射頻終端、波束跟蹤、衞星波束無縫切換等核心關鍵技術
格隆匯1月12日丨星網宇達(002829.SZ)公佈，公司股票連續3個交易日(2020年2月12日至2020年2月14日)收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計偏離25.18%。根據《深圳證券交易所交易規則》的相關規定，屬於股票交易異常波動情況。
一直以來公司堅持自主創新，致力於打造國內領先的智能無人系統產業集團，全力打造無人機、無人車等智能無人系統產品，憑藉近年來在智能無人行業的持續投入和技術創新，公司無人機產品在多個軍兵種無人機集中採購競標中展現出競爭優勢，已形成批量訂單；
在無人車方向，公司獲得陸軍2018年度“跨越險阻”無人系統挑戰賽F2組冠軍，無人車項目正在開展關鍵技術研發和部分產品研製，已有樣機投入試製，將在2020年形成一定的收入及小批量交付。
衞星通信是公司是長期來以的重要業務方向，公司在衞星通信方向擁有國內一流的技術團隊和技術創新能力，公司產品技術性能、產品出貨量、產值、利潤等主要指標一直處於全國領先地位，公司正在持續密切關注低軌衞星發射組網後帶來的龐大的市場前景，並基於國內外主流低軌衞星網絡全面佈局核心關鍵技術及產品，目前已經突破了基於低軌衞星的微波天線、射頻終端、波束跟蹤、衞星波束無縫切換等核心關鍵技術，並進行相應的產品開發和應用研究，後續公司將在該方向上持續加大投入，利用公司在軍用衞星通信領域的核心關鍵技術優勢及產品優勢，力爭在該方向上實現重大的市場突破。
伴隨公司前期佈局的預研項目、招標項目的推進和產品需求的增長，將對公司未來業績產生積極影響。
疫情對公司在業務、人員、物流等方面有一定影響，但是基於公司業務特點以及提前備貨，目前看整體上影響有限；現在疫情還在發展中，公司也會持續密切關注；同時，公司也會嚴格按照國家以及各級政府相關部門關於抗擊疫情的要求和部署，認真落實各項疫情防控工作，強化各項安全生產措施，為最大限度減小疫情對社會、對公司、對員工的影響而努力。
經核查，公司、實際控制人不存在關於公司的應披露而未披露的重大事項，或處於籌劃階段的重大事項；
公司於2020年1月13日披露了《2019年度業績預告》，預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤950萬元-1200萬元，同比下降35.18%-48.68%。
