國際娛樂(01009.HK)擬1.75億港元出售Newworth Ventures全部股權
格隆匯2月14日丨國際娛樂(01009.HK)發佈公告，2020年2月14日，公司(作為賣方)與NextLeaderFund,L.P.(作為買方)訂立買賣協議，據此，公司同意出售全資附屬公司Newworth Ventures Limited全部股權，總代價應為1750萬英鎊(相當於約1.7535億港元)。
出售公司Newworth Ventures Limited為公司的全資附屬公司，為於英屬處女羣島註冊成立的公司，主要從事投資控股。出售公司於2013年註冊成立為投資控股公司並已停止業務，直至集團透過該公司收購IEC Wigan Athletic Holdings Limited及該等物業為止，而集團已於2018年完成收購事項。於該公告日期，出售公司(i)透過IEC Sports Management營運Wigan Athletic A .F .C . Limited(“該球會”)，該球會為職業足球協會，位於英格蘭大曼徹斯特郡威根，併為一個體育場(即DW Stadium)連同會議及其他設施；及(ii)透過IEC Wigan Property持有該等物業。
該物業包括物業A，一幢位於1 Anjou Boulevard, Robin Park, Wigan, United Kingdom的建築物；物業B，位於Christopher Park, Woodrush Road, Standish Lower Ground, Wigan, United Kingdom。物業B由一個建於一幅土地上的體育訓練場地組成，設有多幢單層樓宇，包括更衣室、倉庫、健身房及辦公室。於該公告日期，物業B轉租予該球會；物業C為位於Euxton Lane, Euxton Chorley, United Kingdom的Euxton Lane Sports and Social Club。物業C由一個建於一幅土地上的體育訓練場地組成，設有單層行政辦公室、食堂、休息區、更衣設施、水療中心、醫療中心、商鋪、健身房及3個標準足球訓練場(其中一個配有地熱系統、熱身區域及一個柏油地面停車場)。於該公告日期，物業C轉租予該球會。
