*ST中孚(600595.SH)：各業務板塊生產經營及電解鋁產能轉移項目建設暫未受明顯影響
格隆匯2月14日丨*ST中孚(600595.SH)公佈，自爆發新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情以來，公司高度關注疫情發展情況，在做好疫情防控工作及自身經營管理的同時，公司積極履行企業社會責任，向河南省鞏義市慈善部門捐贈100萬元現金，用於支持此次新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎疫情的防控救治工作，公司實際控制人VimetcoN.V.也捐贈21萬套防疫物品馳援四川省廣元市。
公司堅決貫徹落實黨中央、國務院決策部署，面對嚴峻的新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控形勢，公司及下屬子公司嚴格落實當地政府的防控政策和措施，第一時間成立了疫情防控領導小組，第一時間啟動應急響應，建立防控與應急方案，科學規範做好疫情防控，對應急物資保障、員工管理、相關區域衞生等各方面進行了部署，並加強對全體員工的疫情防控宣傳工作，提升員工自我保護意識。根據公司生產經營的實際情況，通過遠程辦公等靈活有效的方式組織員工開展工作。截止公告日，公司各業務板塊生產經營及電解鋁產能轉移項目建設暫未受明顯影響。
公司所屬各業務板塊包括電力、電解鋁及下游鋁加工均正常開工，生產經營基本穩定，由於疫情防控需要，鋁產品銷售物流運輸受到一定影響，公司出貨量減少，鋁產品庫存有所上升。隨着各地復工復產方案相繼出台，公司目前已恢復正常出貨量。公司也將根據疫情及市場變化趨勢，靈活、適度調整生產經營策略，確保生產經營持續穩定。
公司電解鋁產能轉移項目正在有序進行。公司下屬林州市林豐鋁電有限責任公司(“林豐鋁電”)電解鋁產能轉移項目於2019年11月29日投產、2020年1月16日完成一工段年產12.5萬噸電解槽啟動，佔該產能轉移總產能的50%。目前電解槽運行穩定，各項指標符合設計要求。
按照四川省廣元市應對新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎疫情應急指揮部有關要求，林豐鋁電項目建設員工已有序返崗，現場關鍵節點施工已經陸續展開，同時公司將採取措施，最大限度降低疫情對項目建設進度的影響，二工段仍按原計劃投運。同時，公司下屬子公司河南中孚鋁業有限公司年產25萬噸電解鋁產能轉移項目按建設計劃正在有序推進。
公司將持續高度關注此次新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情對公司生產經營的影響並及時履行信息披露義務，根據實際情況對公司的生產經營做出調整，謹慎研判其對公司的影響，主動應對，將影響降到最低。
