乾照光電(300102.SZ)就出售南昌凱迅24.6525%股權 1.11億元轉讓款已到賬
格隆匯2月14日丨乾照光電(300102.SZ)公佈,之前公告披露,公司將所持有的南昌凱迅光電有限公司(“南昌凱迅”)24.6525%的股權轉讓給濟源市中駿物資有限公司(“中駿物資”)。此次股權轉讓有利於進一步補充公司流動資金,不會對公司現有業務發展產生重大影響,不存在損害公司及公司股東利益的情形。
近日,公司收到中駿物資支付的第二筆轉讓對價款共計9093.65萬元。截止公告日,此次股權出售的轉讓對價款共計11093.65萬元已全部到賬。
