中國人壽(02628.HK)控股股東股權無償劃轉獲中國銀保監會核准
格隆匯2月14日丨中國人壽(02628.HK)公佈,公司近日收到其控股股東中國人壽保險(集團)公司通知,中國銀行保險監督管理委員會已核准中國財政部將所持集團公司10%的股權一次性劃轉給全國社會保障基金理事會。本次無償劃轉系為貫徹落實《國務院關於印發劃轉部分國有資本充實社保基金實施方案的通知》有關部署而進行。
本次無償劃轉完成後,財政部和社保基金會分別持有集團公司90%和10%股權,集團公司持有本公司68.37%股權。集團公司為公司控股股東,財政部為公司實際控制人。
