廣州酒家(603043.SH)：目前下屬全部餐飲門店已停止堂食服務 保留食品銷售及以外賣方式提供餐飲服務
格隆匯2月14日丨廣州酒家(603043.SH)公佈，自新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情發生以來，全國各省、市相繼啟動了重大突發公共衞生事件一級響應。公司高度重視，堅決貫徹落實黨中央和國務院的決策部署，全力做好疫情防控工作，保障員工與消費者的健康與安全。現就公司採取的主要防控防疫措施及生產經營應對措施情況説明如下：
一、公司抗擊疫情采取的主要防控防疫措施
針對突發疫情，公司快速響應，成立了預防和控制新型冠狀病毒肺炎防治工作領導小組，對疫情防控工作進行了綜合部署，制定了工作方案，明確了防控措施，強化經營辦公場所消毒和管控，建立疫情信息上報體系，嚴格落實員工健康信息管理規定，進一步加強員工疫情防控宣傳教育，通過遠程辦公等靈活有效的方式組織員工開展工作，有效保障員工的健康與安全，防止疫情傳播。
二、疫情對公司生產經營的影響及公司採取的應對措施
公司主營業務為食品製造及餐飲服務。食品業務方面，疫情發生以來為滿足市場消費需求，公司積極協調各類資源，通過直營連鎖門店、大型商超、經銷商、電商等多種渠道，盡最大努力滿足消費者對公司速凍食品、西點、臘味等產品的需求。按照政府相關部門要求，在嚴格保障防疫安全的情況下，公司上述食品的主要生產基地目前已全面復工，力爭滿足供應。餐飲業務方面，因疫情爆發經營情況受到較大影響。2020年2月8日至2月12日，公司大部分餐飲門店所在的廣州市各區疫情防控指揮部先後宣佈餐飲服務單位暫停堂食服務，禁止一切聚集性用餐活動，目前公司下屬全部餐飲門店已停止了堂食服務，保留食品銷售及以外賣方式提供餐飲服務。
為降低疫情對生產經營的影響，公司積極調整運營方式、採取多種應對措施：一是加強線上線下渠道協同，大力推廣店取、外賣、電商等銷售；二是加快產品創新，推出盆菜、速凍菜式、套餐菜式等差異化產品，滿足消費者多元需求；三是積極控制成本費用，包括爭取租金減免、壓縮原材料採購成本、合理梳理分流人員至食品業務板塊崗位或其他崗位切實降低用工成本等。
由於此次疫情爆發，公司2020年一季度業績預計將受到一定程度影響，目前疫情對公司年度經營業績和相關業務影響的具體數據暫無法準確預計。
