平安好醫生(1833.HK)：19年業績實錄及摘要：運營向好，疫情機遇

我們認為武漢肺炎疫情給予互聯網醫療企業一個難得的用户積累培育機會，並促使政府加大對互聯網醫療的重視程度及支持力度，互聯網醫療龍頭企業值得關注。我們參加了中國互聯網醫療龍頭企業平安好醫生2019年度業績會，摘要如下：
19年淨虧損同比縮窄，互聯網運營數據再創新高
19年收入同比增長52%至人民幣50.65億元，其中，核心業務在線醫療收入同比增長109%，收入佔比提高至17%，毛利佔比大幅提高至33%，與消費醫療毛利合計佔比已近70%；淨虧損同比收窄18%至人民幣7.47億元。截至19年末，累計註冊用户數同比增加5000萬至3.15億；19年12月的活躍用户數同比增長22.3%至6,690萬，付費用户數同比增長26%至約300萬；全年平均付費用户轉化率提高至4%。受益於用户接受度提高和技術提升，全年日均線上諮詢量同比增長36.3%至72.9萬次。
抗擊疫情中起到重要作用，獲得認可、海量關注及流量
已與56個省、市地方政府密切合作，提供新型肺炎實時在線問診服務，開通抗疫情的義診、專線，組織在線疫情教育，已與超30家的頂級企業和互聯網流量平台合作。自有醫療團隊研究制定的在線問診指南和流程獲得了銀川、合肥、青島衞健委及當地醫療主管機構的認可和推廣；獲得MSCIESG評級為BBB；全網的曝光量超過4.94億。海量的關注使得疫情期間平台累計訪問人次達11.1億，APP新增用户註冊量較疫情前增長10倍，新增用户日均問診量較疫情前增長9倍。
行業利好政策加快出台，積極與各地政府合作探討醫保支付路徑
19年8月，新修訂的中華人民共和國的藥品管理法通過，允許處方藥在一定條件下可以通過網絡進行銷售；互聯網醫療服務較計劃提前1個月納入中國醫療保障支付體系。疫情期間國家衞健委辦公廳連續兩次發文，鼓勵在線開展部分常見病、慢性病複診及藥品配送。公司於去年底與福建省福州市衞健委達成合作，建設及運營可用醫保卡的區域互聯網醫院服務平台，今年會在更多的省市推薦及複製福州模式。
藥店合作、會員產品、海外拓展均取得進展將“線下掃碼，線上問診”服務
鋪進藥店，19年新增合作藥店數量近8萬家，未來將拓展合作內容至私家醫生會員、慢病管理服務等。19年8月推出私家醫生產品，用户的滿意度達99.85%，月人均的問診量、健康管理課程參與率、商城下單量及處方支付轉化率均為非私家醫生用户2倍以上。19年就醫360及私家醫生貢獻總收入超4億元。4Q19與東南亞最大的互聯網公司Grab在印尼推出在線醫療健康服務平台；與軟銀的合資公司於19年底在日本推出在線醫療服務平台測試版；年初與沙特阿拉伯衞生部合作，定製開發線上醫療服務，推出了技術社區授權的新商業模式，以沙特為中心在中東佈局AI+互聯網醫療，並將開拓技術授權模式下的技術出海。
