江蘇索普(600746.SH)擬向控股股東購買鎮江京口區廠房土地
格隆匯2月14日丨江蘇索普(600746.SH)公佈,公司擬向控股股東索普集團購買位於江蘇省鎮江市京口區求索路88號的空壓氮壓站、上焦廠房等4處工業廠房(不包含相應土地使用權,以下簡稱“標的一”)作為40000Nm3/h空分項目所需的相關動能輔助配套設施。標的一評估值為人民幣790.11萬元。公司擬向控股股東索普集團購買位於江蘇省鎮江市京口區求索路87號的一宗土地使用權及地上5處建築物(以下簡稱“標的二”)作為ADC技術提升項目建設用房用地。標的二評估值為人民幣4575.19萬元。本次關聯交易共計評估值5365.30萬元。最終交易金額以經國資監管部門備案的評估值為準。
