際華集團(601718.SH)子公司被列為國家臨時收儲重點生產企業
格隆匯2月14日丨際華集團(601718.SH)公佈，2月9日，國家發展改革委員會、財政部、工業和信息化部聯合發佈《關於發揮政府儲備作用支持應對疫情緊缺物資增產增供的通知》，通知要求為支持疫情防控重點醫療物資生產企業擴大產能、增加產量、迅速釋放產能，將實施疫情防控重點醫療物資政府兜底採購收儲，即在疫情防控期間，將《政府兜底採購收儲的產品目錄(第一批)》中重點醫療防護物資品種增列儲備物資目錄，國家相關部門根據疫情防控需要，按現有收儲制度和辦法，對《產品目錄》中企業多生產的重點醫療防護物資，全部由政府兜底採購收儲。疫情得到有效控制後，鼓勵相關企業對擴大的產能根據疫情防控需要和市場需求進行轉產，在滿足重點醫療物資需要的同時向滿足工業或消費需要轉變，地方政府要予以相應的政策支持。為規範疫情緊缺物資收儲管理，國家相關部門、各省級政府相關部門按照《產品目錄》，根據疫情防控需要，對疫情防控重點物資生產企業的物資收儲實施名單制管理。
公司全資子公司際華三五零二職業裝有限公司(“際華3502公司”)於近日收到“國務院應對新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情聯防聯控機制醫療物資保障組”的函件通知，際華3502公司被列為國家臨時收儲重點生產企業。作為公司下屬生產醫用防護服產品的重要骨幹企業之一，際華3502公司目前正在全力生產《政府兜底採購收儲的產品目錄(第一批)》中位列防控應急物資第一位的“醫用防護服”，際華3502公司自春節假期起迅速行動，第一時間組織復產復工，緊急新增、轉化產能用於醫用防護服生產。
際華3502公司被列入國家臨時收儲重點生產企業，在疫情防控期間生產的醫用防護服如有多餘產量，將由政府全部收儲，有利於際華3502公司進一步挖掘提高產能產量，為抗擊疫情、保障物資供應做出應有貢獻。
公司目前正全力以赴組織生產、提升產能，最終生產和交付保障物資的產品和數量將取決於政府的統一部署和實際需求、自身產能狀況，存在不確定性。
