萬方發展(000638.SZ):華融渝商已減持0.52%的股份 持股降至4.65%
格隆匯2月13日丨萬方發展(000638.SZ)公佈,近日公司收到股東華融渝商出具的《簡式權益變動報告書》,其於2020年2月11日至2020年2月12日通過深圳證券交易所集中競價交易方式已累計減持公司股份159.87萬股,佔公司總股本的0.52%。
截至目前,華融渝商持有公司1440.13萬股股份,佔公司總股本的4.65%,不再是公司持股5%以上股東。華融渝商較上述減持預披露公告中披露的減持數量已過半。
