中裝建設(002822.SZ)與交通銀行簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯2月13日丨中裝建設(002822.SZ)公佈，公司(“甲方”)與交通銀行股份有限公司深圳分行(“交通銀行”、“乙方”)於近日簽署《戰略合作協議》，交通銀行同意根據資金需求及經營管理和財務等狀況向公司提供人民幣8億元的意向性信用額度，並與公司進行區塊鏈方面的合作。甲、乙雙方合作內容，包括但不限於：
1、乙方根據甲方及其全資子公司、控股公司和參股公司的資金需求及經營管理和財務等狀況，在未來一年內，提供總額人民幣8億元的意向性授信額度。在生產營運資金需求擴大後，本額度不能滿足甲方需求時，可另行商定擴大額度。具體額度的確定按照乙方的相關授信管理制度辦理。上述授信額度不構成乙方對甲方的授信承諾，只代表乙方的意向性表示，乙方不因該授信意向表示而承擔法律責任。
2、乙方可以提供的授信品種包括但不限於：人民幣/外幣固定資產貸款、人民幣/外幣中期、短期流動資金貸款、理財融資、銀行承兑匯票、銀行承兑匯票貼現、國內保理、無追索權保理、債券承銷、債券投資、國內信用證、國內非融資性保函、以及其他乙方可提供的產品。
3、在符合法律法規、國家信貸政策且符合乙方授信審批條件的前提下，乙方將甲方區塊鏈供應鏈金融平台作為合作方，積極主動的針對甲方及其控股子公司、上下游企業、區塊鏈供應鏈金融平台接入企業等進行金融服務產品創新。乙方通過系統對接方式接入，基於平台區塊鏈技術和數據，針對甲方區塊鏈供應鏈金融平台做定製化改造，提供配套的金融產品和供應鏈金融融資支持。
4、在符合乙方管理制度並經乙方審批同意的條件下，在上述額度內，甲方及其全資子公司、控股公司和參股公司根據需要選擇以上一項或多項授信品種。乙方為甲方提供優惠的貸款利率，根據信貸資源情況實行彈性定價，並提供“綠色通道一站式”服務。
上述協議的簽署，有利於公司與交通銀行建立長期穩定的戰略合作伙伴關係，整合雙方優勢資源以取得良好的經濟效益，實現合作共贏；並且有助於提升公司的融資能力，優化融資結構。同時，該戰略合作為公司區塊鏈業務的開展提供支持，對公司區塊鏈供應鏈金融平台的建設有重大推動作用，將進一步強化公司的核心競爭力。
