傳莎莎國際後勤裁逾半人手 一系列措施可省30%成本
格隆匯2月13日丨據明報,香港零售市道轉差,莎莎後勤員工指,共有300至400員工的後勤部門裁員人數達五至六成,明日將公佈消息,昨日率先向企業傳訊部和法律部開刀,而香港莎莎網(sasa.com)亦已裁員三分之二。莎莎回覆,精簡架構後,員工流失佔香港整體前線及後勤員工不多於3%,3至5月高級管理層將減薪約40%,其餘基層員工減幅10至15%,一系列措施短期內可節省成本約30%。報道指出,莎莎後勤最低級員工需減薪約兩成、經理級減約兩成和放兩天無薪假,管理層以上級減薪最多六成和兩天無薪假,為期三個月。前線員工方面,就要放12天至18天無薪假,大大影響其福利。
