兩連板海達股份(300320.SZ):之前披露2019年度淨利潤預增25%-40%
格隆匯1月14日丨連續2個漲停的海達股份(300320.SZ)發佈公告稱,除因新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情尚未完全恢復產能的情況外,近期公司內外部經營環境未發生重大變化,經營情況正常。
公司除在2020年1月15日披露了《2019年度業績預告》,2019年11月23日披露了《關於公司實際控制人之一錢胡壽先生逝世的公告》,近期不存在其他應披露而未披露的重大事項。
公司預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2.09億元-2.34億元,同比增長25%-40%。
