格隆匯2月13日丨金地集團(600383.SH)公佈，2020年1月公司實現簽約面積61.4萬平方米，同比上升32.72%；實現簽約金額122.4億元，同比上升15.23%。
2020年2月-3月有新推或加推盤計劃的項目包括：
昆明昆悦花園、北京青龍湖項目、青島祠堂村項目、青島錦宸、北京金地EOD總部港項目、瀋陽時代風華、杭州曉春城、杭州江山風華、杭州大運河府、嘉興風華綺軒、嘉興萬卷風華小區、台州麥德龍西項目、重慶溪山玥、重慶自在城、西安中心風華、南京江北G04項目、南京峯匯中心、合肥自在城、合肥包河1902項目、合肥包河1901項目、武漢琨瑜之星、徐州都會星宸(原徐州武警支隊地塊)等。
