格隆匯2月12日丨哈工智能(000584.SZ)公佈,公司擬以人民幣257.97萬元向成都舉仁置業有限公司(以下簡稱“舉仁置業”)轉讓公司持有的成都蜀都房地產開發有限責任公司(以下簡稱“蜀都房地產”)19%股權。
本次股權轉讓是為了更好地推進公司的戰略規劃,踐行公司“通過做優、做強、做大哈工智能,充分發揮上市公司平台作用,為中國智能製造奮勇擔當”的戰略定位,集中優勢資源聚焦拓展智能製造主營業務方向。
