格隆匯2月12日丨優刻得(688158.SH)公佈，公司股票交易於2月4日-2月12日連續7個交易日內收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計達到100%，根據《上海證券交易所交易規則》、《上海證券交易所科創板股票交易特別規定》、《上海證券交易所科創板股票異常交易實時監控細則(試行)》的有關規定，屬於股票交易嚴重異常波動。
經公司自查，並書面徵詢公司控股股東及實際控制人，截至2020年2月12日，無應披露而未披露的重大信息。
