景興紙業：疫情對公司經營業績將產生一定不利影響
格隆匯2月12日丨景興紙業(002067.SZ)公佈，面對新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的嚴峻形勢，公司高度關注疫情發展情況，積極響應各級政府的要求和號召，把疫情防控工作放在第一位，在做好疫情防控工作及自身經營管理的同時，公司積極履行企業社會責任，助力於新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控阻擊戰。公司通過平湖市紅十字會捐贈80萬元現金、捐贈價值40多萬元的“品萱”保濕抑菌生活用紙等物資，用於支持本次新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎疫情的防控救治工作。
生產經營情況説明如下：
1、工業包裝用紙及生活用紙情況
春節期間，公司工業包裝用紙機台按原生產計劃正常生產。由於疫情發展及疫情防控的需求，浙江省於1月23日啟動重大公共突發衞生事件一級響應，使得公司原料收購和物流受到影響，公司生產原料收購量鋭減，原料庫存無法滿足全部機台生產所需。公司通過調整開機機台數量，輪流對機台進行停機檢修以合理安排生產。目前有部分機台處於停機狀態，後期隨着物流改善原料供應逐步恢復正常，公司開機率較低的情況將得到緩解。生活用紙後道加工生產線於1月31日復工生產，目前正常生產中，原紙生產線於2月10日起部分機台復工生產。
受物流影響，工業用紙和生活用紙的銷售均暫未能全面恢復。
2、包裝紙箱紙板業務情況
根據原定生產計劃，公司子公司平湖市景興包裝材料有限公司春節期間未停機，目前公司原料儲備充足，能保證生產所需；子公司南京景興紙業有限公司春節期間按計劃停機，已於2月10日復工。受限於物流，公司包裝子公司的成品庫存較正常時期有所上升，經營也將受到一定影響。
3、馬亞西亞項目情況
公司境外馬來西亞項目的實施未受到本次疫情影響。由於馬來西亞項目前期工作由公司聘請的馬籍員工及當地的專業顧問、工程師團隊負責，因此項目前期涉及的環評、規劃等報批和土建招標等各項工作正按計劃逐項落實中，實施進度未受到此次國內新冠疫情的影響。
由於目前疫情尚未得到完全控制，公司無法準確估計公司經營完全恢復正常的時間。此次疫情對公司的經營業績將產生一定不利影響。後期，公司將根據實際情況對經營做出合理安排，主動應對，積極協調拓寬物流渠道，儘快恢復原材料的供應與產品的銷售，全力保障公司生產經營活動的正常，努力將影響降到最低。
