香港电视(01137.HK)续吐12%暂守稳配股价 趁高「抽水」净筹约4.53亿
香港电视(01137.HK)趁高「抽水」,该股继昨天一度升近9%至7.3元上市新高遇阻倒跌10%後,今天进一步回落至5.22元,接近10天线(5.1元)暂获承接,现造5.27元,续吐12%,成交受9,000万股配股上板带动增至1.666亿股,涉资8.71亿元。
香港电视公布,以每股5.15元(较昨天收市价折让14.3%)先旧後新配售9,000万股或占扩大後股本9.88%,集资约4.64亿元。所得款项净额料约4.53亿元,拟用作扩展集团电子商贸及相关业务等。
