中金:下調友邦保險(1299.HK)目標價至95港元 仍是長期首選
中金公司研報指,因香港本地事件和新冠肺炎爆發,下調友邦保險(1299.HK)今年及明年每股新業務價值預測6.4%和4.6%,並調低其目標價至95港元,但認為友邦保險仍是長期首選,因其穩定的股息增長和較低的利率風險敞口,近期的調整提供了入場機會。
中金認為,新冠疫情將會阻礙友邦保險2020年代理商的擴張。香港市場在今年上半年繼續面臨挑戰,但可能在下半年復甦。友邦保險即將上任的CEO對中國壽險和監管市場的獨特理解將會對公司發展產生積極影響。
