佳華百貨控股(00602.HK)2019年度可能錄得虧損
格隆匯2月12日丨佳華百貨控股(00602.HK)公佈,集團截至2019年12月31日止12個月的年度可能錄得虧損,原因為(i)普遍本地消費力下跌;(ii)於截至2019年12月31日止12個月的年度採用新財務報告準則16–租賃,而使租賃使用權資產折舊及租賃負債利息增加所致;(iii)購物中心營運仍處於初步階段及行業環境競爭激烈,及(iv)就改善若干現有主力店鋪進行升級調整及聯營安排而作局部停業的影響。於截至2019年12月31日止12個月的年度同比營運結果預料比去年倒退。
公司強調,儘管截至2019年12月31日止12個月的年度未經審核結果可能錄得虧損,惟董事會認為,集團整體財務狀況仍維持穩健,故董事會對集團長期前景仍保持樂觀。
