匯豐研究:維持對物管行業正面的看法 看好雅生活(3319.HK)
匯豐研究發表報告表示,受到新型冠狀病毒影響,最近深圳、杭州及上海宣佈一些政策,支持包括物業管理行業在內的私營企業。該等利好政策顯示政府的支持立場,但該行認為對私營公司的幫助屬輕微,很可能被病毒爆發導致的清潔和醫療設備額外費用所抵消。
