我們的觀點：近期公司旗下網教通產品在支持湖北、福建、陝西等多地的“停課不停學”活動中提供線上直播平台資源支持，同時公司的101教育PPT產品也在教師備授課上提供支持，公司在教育領域多年的技術積累進入爆發期。遊戲端《魔域》、《英魂之刃》流水在春節檔表現亮眼，B站獨家代理的新遊戲《終焉誓約》亦進入測試階段。針對遊戲業務表現及教育訂單量的逐步釋放，我們調整盈利預測，預計2019-2021財年公司營業收入將分別達到63、80與100億元，分別同比增長25.5%、27.4%、24.7%，歸母淨利潤分別為7.2、12.1、15.1億元，分別同比增長33.5%、67.3%、25.1%。維持公司“審慎增持”評級，上調目標價至36港元，對應遊戲業務10倍PS及教育業務1.5倍PS，較2月10日收盤價有32%的上升空間。
網教通為“停課不停學”提供線上直播授課平台服務：公司於2018年推出網教通平台，截至目前已擁有網頁版、安卓版APP以及iOS版APP三款產品。網教通推出“停課不停學”平台保障方案，免費為超過1000萬名用户提供在線課程直播服務。2020年2月1日，福州市教育局發佈通知，確認網教通作為官方合作平台支持福州市“停課不停教，停課不停學”。截至目前，公司旗下網教通產品已經打造多個成功案例，包括網教通公眾版、福建網教通、湖北教育雲、陝西教育雲、網教通國際版、香港朗文通，平台產品以線上直播授課形式為主，可實現課程回放、視頻語音一對一連麥、評論區互動問答、作業下放等功能。該平台同時內嵌了公司的101PPT課件製作及分享、華漁教育新高考測評產品。
遊戲業務維持強勁增長：春節期間《魔域》端遊流水仍保持強勁勢頭，月流水穩定在1億元以上，魔域手遊、魔域口袋版亦表現亮眼，《英魂之刃》在春節期間獲得流水高速增長。2019年12月，公司首款二次元手遊《終焉誓約》與Bilibili(BILI.US)達成正式合作，並由Bilibili獨家代理髮行，現已進入內部測試階段。目前公司10餘款新遊戲正在開發及測試階段，待遊戲版號審批放開後預計逐步推出。
