湘油泵提示風險：嘉力機械成為華為二級供應商 不涉及5G網絡通信技術
格隆匯2月11日丨湘油泵(603319.SH)公佈，公司於2020年2月12日在指定媒體披露了《關於全資子公司成為華為技術有限公司二級供應商暨簽訂框架採購協議的公告》。現補充披露重大風險提示如下：
1、本次合作不會造成公司主營業務發生變更。
公司全資子公司湖南省嘉力機械有限公司主要向母公司湖南機油泵股份有限公司供應泵類殼體，佔其銷售收入約90%，其他向其他客户銷售，佔比較低。本次合作，不會對公司業績造成較大影響，不會造成公司主營業務發生變更，公司的主要產品仍為機油泵、水泵、變速箱油泵等泵類產品。
2、在本次合作中，嘉力機械供應的機加壓鑄組件是基站天線組裝部件之一，不涉及5G網絡通信技術。
嘉力機械與弗蘭德科技(深圳)有限公司簽訂《框架採購協議》，嘉力機械通過與弗蘭德科技(深圳)有限公司合作，向華為技術有限公司供應基站天線產品(含5G基站天線整機及零配件)及通信類電子產品所需的機加壓鑄組件，亦屬於精密鋁壓鑄件的範圍，不涉及5G網絡通信技術。
3、合同金額不確定的風險。
目前，嘉力機械已經完成產品開發、樣品驗證合格及小批量供貨並通過現場認證審核，但尚未形成大批量供貨，因此，具體業務合同金額存在不確定性。
4、合同履約風險。
根據《框架採購協議約定》，若嘉力機械產品或服務同本協議保證條款不相符，供方應及時並免費對產品進行修理或更換，或再次提供服務，或接受買方的退貨並返還買方就退貨部分已經支付的貨款。否則，買方可自行對產品進行修理成更換或再次服務，而供方向對買方實際及合理的費用給予補償。
5、5G建設規模及投資進度不及預期的風險。
2019年6月6日，我國工信部正式向中國移動、聯通、電信、廣電發放5G商用牌照，並推進運營商對5G網絡的建設速度與投資規模。但5G移動通信網絡佈局受宏觀經濟、市場狀況等多種因素影響，5G建設規模及投資進度具有不確定性，敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
