2月4日至2月11日，“紅籌第一股”華潤微電子有限公司(股票簡稱“華潤微”，股票代碼“688396”)已完成了首次公開發行股票並在科創板上市的網下路演與網上路演，公司與廣大機構投資者、個人投資者以及網友進行了投資交流活動，華潤微電子對自身的競爭優勢、行業地位等進行了充分介紹。
華潤微電子是擁有芯片設計、晶圓製造、封裝測試等全產業鏈一體化經營能力的半導體企業，公司產品聚焦於功率半導體、智能傳感器與智能控制領域，提供豐富的半導體產品與系統解決方案。

根據介紹，華潤微電子此次募投項目包括8英寸高端傳感器和功率半導體建設項目、前瞻性技術和產品升級研發項目等，公司擬利用現有研發體系開展前瞻性技術和產品研發工作，通過配置先進設備、引入高端人才、充分利用產業鏈一體化的生產能力及技術資源，拓展公司在相關領域的自主創新能力和研發水平，保持公司技術的領先地位。
2月12日，華潤微電子將進行網下與網上發行申購。本次發行網上申購簡稱為“華潤申購”，申購代碼為“787396”。華潤微電子公司人士表示，在登陸科創板後，公司將繼續開拓創新，圍繞自身核心優勢，結合外部資源，不斷推動企業發展，進一步向綜合一體化的產品公司轉型，將企業打造成為世界領先的功率半導體和智能傳感器產品與方案供應商。
