美联推自愿性放无薪假 订购逾6万个口罩予员工
美联物业住宅部行政总裁布少明表示,早於1月已成立「抗疫小组」,由集团管理层领军制定措施以保障员工的健康及安全,包括实施分组轮班制,安排部份员工在家工作;已订购首批逾6万个口罩,其中约3万个已成功抵达,由明天起陆续提供予有需要的员工使用;并建议同事改以风衣、恤衫及西裤,代替西装上班,以方便清洁,并保障自己及客户。
美联物业又体恤前线员工,可因应个人或家庭需要,由即日起至2月底,申请放无薪假。无薪假计划以员工健康为首要考虑,非强制性,亦不设最低配额。未来将继续因应疫情需要制定新措施,与员工携手抗疫。
