港鐵公司(00066.HK)：簽訂屯馬線一期協議 疫情對客運業務顯著影響
格隆匯2月11日丨港鐵公司(00066.HK)發佈公告，公司已就屯馬線第一期(即馬鞍山線由大圍延伸至啟德)的營運訂立安排。這構成沙田至中環線的第一部分。屯馬線第一期預計將於2020年2月14日開始投入商業營運。
2020年2月11日，公司與政府訂立(a)現有綜合營運協議的修訂協議；及(b)現有綜合營運協議的補充協議。該兩份新協議分別修改及補充現有綜合營運協議，而現有綜合營運協議規管現有鐵路網絡的營運，使屯馬線第一期的監管方式與現有鐵路網絡大致相同。
此外，公司與九廣鐵路公司就屯馬線第一期訂立補充服務經營權協議。該協議補充公司與九廣鐵路公司訂立的現有服務經營權協議，而現有服務經營權協議對九廣鐵路公司已向公司授予經營權的部分現有鐵路網絡的營運作出規管，使屯馬線第一期自啟用及投入商業營運的日期起為期兩年內受到類似經營權安排所規限。在屯馬線全線通車前，雙方有義務真誠地展開獨家磋商，以期就整條屯馬線的補充服務經營權協議條款達成一致(擬取代於2020年2月11日簽訂的補充服務經營權協議)。
公告表示，集團的香港客運業務、香港的車站商務及物業租賃業務以及中國內地的業務因新型冠狀病毒疫情而受到顯著的影響。
過境服務及相關業務方面，由於政府宣佈分階段關閉香港與中國內地之間的邊境口岸，公司因此需(a)關閉東鐵線羅湖站及落馬洲站；(b)暫停高速鐵路服務；(c)暫停香港至廣東、上海及北京的城際鐵路服務；及(d)關閉羅湖站、落馬洲站及西九龍站的車站商店。這些措施導致於實施有關措施期間沒有過境乘客。
本地鐵路服務方面，由於政府及若干商業機構採取措施容許僱員在家工作；在農曆新年假期後，學校課堂延遲至最早2020年3月2日(有待進一步評估)才復課；及到訪香港的旅客及香港境內本地休閒往來人數顯着減少，導致集團的本地鐵路服務乘客量受到嚴重負面影響。
