盈健醫療(01419.HK)預計中期純利預降7成
格隆匯2月11日丨盈健醫療(01419.HK)公佈,截至2019年12月31日止六個月的股東應占溢利預期由2018年同期的約1000萬港元減少約70%至約300萬港元。
股東應占溢利的下跌主要由於員工成本特別是獎金方面的增加;藥品成本的增加導致毛利率下降;採納香港財務報告準則第16號"租賃"(自2019年1月1日或之後開始的財政年度起生效)的影響,令集團醫務中心的租賃相關費用增加;以及法律和專業費用以及所得税費用減少的抵銷。
