綠地控股：1月獲7房地產項目 權益地價45.34億元
格隆匯2月11日丨綠地控股(600606.SH)披露2020年1月新增房地產項目情況簡報，2020年1月，公司新增房地產項目7個，情況如下：
1.江蘇淮安清江浦區通甫路西側地塊收購項目。該項目位於通甫路西，柯山路北。項目用地面積約11.43萬平方米，容積率3，計容建築面積約34.31萬平方米，土地用途為商住用地。公司收購了該項目51%權益，收購價3.49億元。
2.山東濟南綠地(濟南)全球商品貿易港項目一期。該項目位於歷城區經十東路北側及南側。項目用地面積約24.90萬平方米，容積率1.54，計容建築面積約38.29萬平方米，土地用途為住宅、商辦用地，總地價16.28億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
3.湖南株洲清水塘科創產業園一期二批次地塊。該項目位於石峯區規劃支路以東，霞灣路以南，清湖路以西，臨江路以北。項目用地面積約5.20萬平方米，容積率2.5，計容建築面積約13.00萬平方米，土地用途為住宅、商辦用地，總地價2.39億元。公司擁有該項目70%權益。
4.陝西西安國際港務區絲路全球貿易港二期項目。該項目住宅用地位於新築環路以東，草南二路以南，灞耿路以西，新北路以北；商業用地位於杏渭路以東，規劃路以南，規劃路以西，向東路以北。項目用地面積約19.11萬平方米，容積率2.91，計容建築面積約55.56萬平方米，土地用途為住宅、商辦用地，總地價16.87億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
5.河南商丘會展中心地塊。該項目北至帝嚳路，南至張巡路，西至中州路，東至睢陽路。項目用地面積約20.34萬平方米，容積率1.5，計容建築面積約30.50萬平方米，土地用途為文體娛樂用地，總地價1.62億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
6.山東泰安市高新區長城路2019-22號A地塊收購項目。該項目北至規劃二路街，南至A-10地塊，西至規劃三路，東至水泉村土地。項目用地面積約9.13萬平方米，容積率2.6，計容建築面積約23.74萬平方米，土地用途為住宅用地。公司收購了該項目80%權益，收購價3.51億元。
7.江蘇鹽城城北安置房收購項目。該項目位於東倉路東，躍進河北。項目用地面積約8.07萬平方米，容積率2.2，計容建築面積約17.70萬平方米，土地用途為住宅用地。公司收購了該項目51%權益，收購價1.90億元。
以上項目中，未來可能有部分項目因引進合作方共同開發等原因導致公司在項目中所佔的權益比例發生變化。目前披露的權益比例，僅供投資者階段性參考。
