野村:疫情對華潤水泥(1313.HK)影響有限 上調評級至“買入”
野村研報稱,受農曆新年淡季及新冠狀病毒影響,華潤水泥(1313.HK)股價在過去一個月累跌7%,惟管理層認為相關因素對公司影響有限。由於去年降雨量低導致低基數,估計公司今年水泥出貨量料按年增7%,加上中國政府目前已重新聚焦於大城市的潛在基建投資,相信公司或會成為受惠者。維持公司今年盈利按年增加4.9%的預測,將公司評級由“中性”,上調至“買入”,維持目標價11.3港元。除華潤水泥外,該行亦偏好中國建材(3323.HK),予其“買入”評級。
