谷歌员工与管理层关系紧张 人力资源主管请辞
谷歌人力资源主管Eileen Naughton请辞,因员工与管理层之间的紧张关系日益加剧。
自2016年Naughton接手主管一职以来,谷歌员工人数已增长一倍,但过去数年来公司与员工之间面关系紧张,员工特别不满Android创办人Andy Rubin在性侵调查後带着9,000万美元离职、公司与国防部合作开发人工智能技术、以及在中国开发审查版的搜索引擎等事件。
谷歌发言人证实,Naughton辞任人力资源主管後,将在公司内担任另一职务,但拒绝提供任何细节。
