易華錄：擬斥4900萬元參設宿州數據湖項目公司
格隆匯2月10日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，宿州市淮海資產管理有限公司(“宿州淮海”)、綠地控股集團有限公司(“綠地集團”)的全資子公司綠地集團合肥紫峯置業有限公司的全資子公司綠地安徽產業發展有限公司(“綠地安徽”)和公司擬合作投資宿州數據湖基礎設施項目，以城市數據湖建設為基礎，充分發揮當前大數據領域相關政策精神，為宿州市引入大數據產業，推動城市發展和產業轉型。據此，宿州淮海、綠地安徽和易華錄擬合資成立宿州數據湖信息技術有限公司(暫定名，公司名稱以工商註冊為準，“項目公司”)。項目公司註冊資金擬定為1億元人民幣，其中宿州市淮海資產管理有限公司出資2900萬元，持股比例為29%；綠地集團安徽產業發展有限公司出資2200萬元，持股比例為22%；北京易華錄出資4900萬元，持股比例為49%。
宿州數據湖項目公司本着“立足宿州、服務安徽、輻射華東”的使命打造地區級數據湖基礎設施，與華東地區的其他數據湖相輔相成，共同推進大數據產業在華東地區的發展；同時，公司將重點圍繞宿州市傳統行業為重點服務方向，聯合綠地集團及生態合作伙伴，將宿州數據湖打造為全國“大數據”基地，通過結合大數據與當地傳統經濟，將宿州市塑造為全國乃至全球能源經濟數字化轉型典型。
宿州數據湖是公司在安徽區域開闢的首個融合”數據湖+城市大腦”一體化解決方案的數據湖項目，該項目落地於宿馬項目園區，建成後將成為連接宿馬數字經濟圈的核心紐帶，宿州作為齊、蘇、豫、皖四省交匯處，為逐步將公司各地數據湖聚點成片，發揮重要的區位優勢，在四省之間形成良好的展示優勢。同時，綠地集團作為戰略合作伙伴參與宿州數據湖項目的投資、建設及運營，也是公司首次將一線地產商引入數據湖項目，藉助綠地集團在建築行業的資源優勢，或將宿州數據湖打造成宜居宜業的數字經濟產業聚集地，便於引入更多的數據產業企業及人才入駐，推動當地區域化數據經濟建設更上一層樓。宿州數據湖落地展現了公司數據湖生態靈活多贏的商業特色，將為公司開闢新的利潤增長點。
