城投控股:控股股東及其關聯企業擬向公司提供財務資助額度不超35億元
格隆匯2月10日丨城投控股(600649.SH)公佈,為了滿足公司日常經營的資金需求,拓寬融資渠道,降低融資成本,公司及所屬子公司擬通過銀行、信託等多種渠道進行融資。
2020年度擬向建設銀行等6家銀行申請流動資金授信合計45.8億元,以銀行貸款、委託貸款、保函、票據等融資方式,滿足公司及所屬子公司日常運營資金需求。
另外,為支持公司發展、滿足公司日常運營與項目建設資金需求,公司控股股東上海城投(集團)有限公司及其關聯企業擬向公司提供財務資助。
公司控股股東上海城投(集團)有限公司及其所屬關聯企業財務資助額度(即關聯方拆入資金餘額)不超過人民幣35億元;利率水平為不高於同期LPR,且公司對該項拆入資金無相應抵押或擔保。
