聞泰科技：捐贈醫療物資用於支持新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控
格隆匯2月10日丨聞泰科技(600745.SH)公佈，面對全國新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的嚴峻形勢，公司堅決貫徹落實黨中央、國務院決策部署，全力做好新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，保障生產經營有序開展。
為響應國家號召，積極履行上市公司社會責任，公司於2020年1月24日緊急通過各種途徑蒐集和購買防護物資，向湖北省的醫院捐贈了100萬套醫務手套；公司後續通過各地紅十字會和慈善機構向華中科技大學同濟醫學院附屬協和醫院(湖北)、黃石市中心醫院(湖北)、黃石市婦幼保健院(湖北)、荊州市中心醫院(湖北)、安陸市中醫院(湖北)、上海交通大學醫學院附屬瑞金醫院盧灣分院(上海)、普陀區中心醫院(上海)、無錫市人民醫院(江蘇)、嘉興市第一醫院(浙江)、西安交通大學第一附屬醫院(陝西)、昆明市第三人民醫院(雲南)、深圳市羅湖區人民醫院(廣東)等15家醫療機構定向捐贈合計1100萬元，其中包括外購的全自動新冠核酸檢測設備和試劑、呼吸機、消毒機、口罩、防護服等等值醫療物資，專項用於支持各地新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控、人員救治、醫務人員保障相關工作。
公司通過近兩年戰略大調整，公司業務已調整為以海外業務為主。公司國內各子公司堅決貫徹落實各級各地政府的決策部署，全力做好新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，截至目前，公司已全面開工；公司業務遍佈全球，公司眾多子公司、工廠、機構分佈在海外，荷蘭、英國、德國、匈牙利、法國、意大利、美國、加拿大、菲律賓、馬來西亞、新加坡、日本、韓國、印度、印尼等海外子公司、製造基地和機構目前尚未受春節假期和此次疫情影響，生產和經營正常。
公司堅決貫徹落實黨中央、國務院決策部署和證監會《關於做好新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作的通知》的要求，火速成立了由董事長親自掛帥、各一級部門負責人全體參與的疫情防控領導小組，並於第一時間完成了向疫區捐贈防護物資、掌握全體員工所處地區疫情信息、取消員工所有去疫區的出差、購買防控物資、對辦公和生產場所進行全面消毒等工作，全力做好疫情防控。公司各地負責人迅速與所在地政府、防疫部門建立聯繫，磋商防控方案，公司人力、行政、安保等部門迅速制定方案配合公司運營做好 24小時全面的檢查和防疫工作。
