雲南旅遊：疫情將對一季度業績產生一定程度影響 多因素有助2020年整體經營業績修復
格隆匯2月10日丨雲南旅遊(002059.SZ)迴應新冠肺炎疫情影響。2020年1月25日起，公司下屬景區景點暫停對外開放遊覽，公司下屬旅行社、旅遊交通、會議婚宴等業務暫時停業，酒店業務的入住需求及園林園藝業務的項目工期也因疫情而遭受一定影響。由於此次疫情爆發突然，公司2020年第一季度業績將不可避免的受到一定程度影響。截止公告日，疫情對公司2020年整體經營業績和相關業務影響的具體數據暫無法準確預計。
同時，面對現實情況，公司採取以下積極措施，預計將對2020年整體經營業績的修復帶來積極影響：
一、疫情發生以來，公司高度重視，迅速行動，應對疫情工作領導小組對公司疫情防控工作進行了綜合部署。強化經營辦公場所消毒和管控，建立疫情信息上報體系，嚴格落實員工追蹤及隔離管理規定，進一步加強員工疫情防控宣傳教育，有效保障員工安全，防止疫情傳播。在假期延遲期間，通過遠程辦公等靈活有效的方式組織員工開展工作。截止本公告日，公司各運營環節運作穩定。
二、公司及所屬企業在做好疫情防控和日常安全運營工作的同時，將積極利用旅遊全產業鏈以及旅遊文化科技業務板塊的產品技術優勢，優化戰略規劃、推進戰略執行，發揮旅遊文化科技、旅遊綜合服務以及文旅綜合體運營業務板塊之間的協同效應，降低運營管理成本，提高公司整體效益。旅遊文化科技業務方面，按計劃推進各主題公園項目的開園、項目建設及前期設計規劃工作；加大技術和研發投入，抓好軟硬產品的研發工作，豐富產品的結構，全面提升公司研發能力、創意設計能力、市場拓展能力，積極獲取項目資源，為公司營收持續增長提供保障，鞏固和發展公司在文化領域的領先市場地位。旅遊綜合服務和文旅綜合體運營板塊將利用疫情防控期間為景區、旅行社、旅遊交通、酒店等業務的“五一”、暑期和下半年重點工作蓄力，及時根據疫情可能帶來的市場需求變化，進一步優化產品和服務、努力研發新產品，抓好精準營銷，並藉助旅遊文化科技業務的產品技術優勢，對傳統景區進行轉型升級，增加消費場景，進一步提升公司產品吸引力和競爭力，為疫情結束後的市場需求反彈做好充足準備。
三、公司董事會和管理層將密切關注疫情發展變化和公司股票波動情況，積極響應政府部門防控工作的相關要求及安排，並根據實際情況對生產經營進行調整，積極應對疫情影響，促進公司穩健發展，切實維護公司價值和股東權益。
