云南旅游：疫情将对一季度业绩产生一定程度影响 多因素有助2020年整体经营业绩修复
格隆汇2月10日丨云南旅游(002059.SZ)回应新冠肺炎疫情影响。2020年1月25日起，公司下属景区景点暂停对外开放游览，公司下属旅行社、旅游交通、会议婚宴等业务暂时停业，酒店业务的入住需求及园林园艺业务的项目工期也因疫情而遭受一定影响。由于此次疫情爆发突然，公司2020年第一季度业绩将不可避免的受到一定程度影响。截止公告日，疫情对公司2020年整体经营业绩和相关业务影响的具体数据暂无法准确预计。
同时，面对现实情况，公司采取以下积极措施，预计将对2020年整体经营业绩的修复带来积极影响：
一、疫情发生以来，公司高度重视，迅速行动，应对疫情工作领导小组对公司疫情防控工作进行了综合部署。强化经营办公场所消毒和管控，建立疫情信息上报体系，严格落实员工追踪及隔离管理规定，进一步加强员工疫情防控宣传教育，有效保障员工安全，防止疫情传播。在假期延迟期间，通过远程办公等灵活有效的方式组织员工开展工作。截止本公告日，公司各运营环节运作稳定。
二、公司及所属企业在做好疫情防控和日常安全运营工作的同时，将积极利用旅游全产业链以及旅游文化科技业务板块的产品技术优势，优化战略规划、推进战略执行，发挥旅游文化科技、旅游综合服务以及文旅综合体运营业务板块之间的协同效应，降低运营管理成本，提高公司整体效益。旅游文化科技业务方面，按计划推进各主题公园项目的开园、项目建设及前期设计规划工作；加大技术和研发投入，抓好软硬产品的研发工作，丰富产品的结构，全面提升公司研发能力、创意设计能力、市场拓展能力，积极获取项目资源，为公司营收持续增长提供保障，巩固和发展公司在文化领域的领先市场地位。旅游综合服务和文旅综合体运营板块将利用疫情防控期间为景区、旅行社、旅游交通、酒店等业务的“五一”、暑期和下半年重点工作蓄力，及时根据疫情可能带来的市场需求变化，进一步优化产品和服务、努力研发新产品，抓好精准营销，并借助旅游文化科技业务的产品技术优势，对传统景区进行转型升级，增加消费场景，进一步提升公司产品吸引力和竞争力，为疫情结束后的市场需求反弹做好充足准备。
三、公司董事会和管理层将密切关注疫情发展变化和公司股票波动情况，积极响应政府部门防控工作的相关要求及安排，并根据实际情况对生产经营进行调整，积极应对疫情影响，促进公司稳健发展，切实维护公司价值和股东权益。
