報喜鳥：上海寶鳥松江工廠正式投產 並正式交付第一批隔離衣
格隆匯2月9日丨報喜鳥(002154.SZ)公佈，自發生新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情以來，公司時刻關注疫情發展，積極響應和維護國家政府的相關法規政策，在做好自身防控工作的同時，全力支持抗擊新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情工作。為切實履行上市公司企業社會責任，根據政府統一部署，公司及時進行生產物資、人員的調配，改造生產線投入隔離衣的生產，主動進行醫療器械生產備案申請，全力支持疫情防控工作。
近日，公司控股子公司上海寶鳥服飾有限公司(“上海寶鳥”)收到上海市經濟和信息化委員會(“經信委”)《生產能力應急徵用通知》，主要內容如下：市經濟信息化委經上海市人民政府授權，依據《中華人民共和國突發事件應對法》第十一條第二款、第十二條、第五十二條、第六十六條以及《上海市實施
<中華人民共和國突發事件應對法>
辦法》第三十五條的規定，現決定緊急徵用貴單位的醫療防護用品、藥品、器械及生產能力。自本通知印發之日起，貴單位需全力做好原材料、人員的調配，所生產的涉及疫情防控的物資需經我委同意後向市場供給。對因此給貴單位造成經濟損失的，我們將依法予以合理補償。貴單位要嚴格執行排產要求，按照全市統一部署，全力以赴做好生產，保障疫情防控工作，對在疫情防控物資生產保障工作中造成重大損失的將依法追究相關人員責任。
為支持抗擊新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情工作，公司及時恢復控股子公司上海寶鳥上海松江工廠生產，並進行生產線改造並試生產。2020年2月8日，上海寶鳥完成第一類醫療器械生產相關備案手續，並取得了上海市松江區市場監督管理局核發的《第一類醫療器械備案憑證》(備案號：滬鬆械備20200001號)和《第一類醫療器械生產備案憑證》(備案編號：滬鬆食藥監械生產備2020001號)。取得備案當日，上海寶鳥松江工廠正式投產，並正式交付第一批隔離衣。
與時間賽跑，全力支持馳援抗疫一線。公司將按照應對新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎疫情的需求以及《徵用通知》的要求，全力做好生產物資、人員的調配，嚴格執行排產要求，按照政府統一部署，全力以赴做好生產，保障疫情防控工作，為全面打贏這場沒有硝煙的疫情防控阻擊戰貢獻一份力量。此次隔離衣的生產工作是政府根據《中華人民共和國突發事件應對法》的規定以及應對新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎疫情的需要對公司生產的相關防護物資的徵用，由政府進行統一調配，對公司經營業績尚不產生重大影響，敬請廣大投資者注意投資風險。
