首航高科：3000萬元設首航醫療 首條口罩生產線將於2月25日交付其投入生產
格隆匯2月9日丨首航高科(002665.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司首航潔能科技有限公司(“首航潔能”)以自有資金人民幣3000萬元在福建省泉州市投資成立全資子公司，公司名稱暫定為：首航潔能(泉州)醫療科技有限公司(“首航醫療”)，最終以市場監督管理局核定為準。
該公司經營範圍：醫療技術研發、生產、銷售；醫用衞生材料、輔料及其製品、醫用服裝、紡織品、無紡布製品及成型包裝；醫療器械、醫用衞生材料及輔料、醫用縫合材料及粘合劑、醫用高分子材料及製品、普通診察器械、醫用冷療、低温、冷藏設備、全棉居家生活用品、全棉服裝、全棉服全棉水刺無紡布及其製品、棉花、消毒產品、勞保防護口罩、日用品的批發;貨物或技術的進出; 提供上述產品的技術諮詢、技術服務和售後服務、滅菌技術服務；企業管理諮詢、商務信息諮詢、經濟信息諮詢；倉儲服務、自有房屋租賃、物業管理等。
在目前國內爆發新型冠狀病毒2019-nCoV疫情口罩緊缺的情況下，首航潔能(泉州)醫療科技有限公司成立後將優先生產目前市場急需的口罩，以緩解國內病毒防護所需。
目前首航高科已經與晉江海納機械有限公司簽署戰略合作協議，根據協議約定，未來根據疫情發展的情況和市場供需情況，分批次陸續達成不多於10台套口罩生產線的商務合作，不同批次的採購雙方另行簽署採購協議約定。
經雙方溝通和協商，雙方簽署第一批次採購協議，鑑於目前口罩生產線比較緊缺，晉江海納機械有限公司優先提供首航高科2台套口罩生產線(日產10萬個口罩/套)用於生產急需，根據協議約定，首條口罩生產線將於2月25日交付首航高科孫公司首航潔能(泉州)醫療科技有限公司投入生產，第二套生產線將於3月10日前完成調試驗收。
近年來，公司一直在積極推進公司業務範圍的拓展，優化公司產業結構，努力培育受國家政策影響小更加市場化的產業方向。此次投資事項符合公司經營發展的需要，有利於提升公司經營效益。
