公司子公司通過掛牌方式取得江蘇省宿遷市編號為2019-A12號、2019-A13號、2019-A14號和2019-A15號地塊。該項目位於宿遷市泗洪縣,其中:2019-A12號地塊出讓面積為118,088.00平方米,規劃用途為商住用地,容積率為≤2.5;2019-A13號地塊出讓面積為25,846.00平方米,規劃用途為居住用地,容積率為≤2.5;2019-A14號地塊出讓面積為60,789.00平方米,規劃用途為居住用地,容積率為≤2.6;2019-A15號地塊出讓面積為50,480.00平方米,規劃用途為居住用地,容積率為≤2.6。集團共需支付土地價款人民幣64,195.19萬元。
公司子公司通過掛牌方式取得廣東省肇慶市編號為AD220102-2號和AD220103-2號地塊。該地塊位於肇慶四會市東城街道陶衝、陶塘村委會地段,規劃用途為商服、城鎮住宅用地,其中:AD220102-2號地塊出讓面積為26,487.30平方米,容積率為≤2.5;AD220103-2號地塊出讓面積為5,843.88平方米,容積率為≤3.5。本集團共需支付土地價款人民幣12,024.00萬元。
公司子公司通過掛牌方式取得貴州省貴陽市編號為QZ(19)075號和QZ(19)076號地塊。該項目位於貴陽清鎮市百花社區鯉魚村、東門橋村境內,出讓面積為16,287.00平方米,規劃用途為居住兼容商業用地,容積率為≥1且≤3。集團共需支付土地價款人民幣5,612.00萬元。
公司子公司通過合作方式取得貴州省黔南布依族苗族自治州龍裏繼望路項目。該項目位於黔南布依族苗族自治州龍裏縣谷腳鎮玉關路北側及繼望路東南側,出讓面積為539,900.00平方米,規劃用途為商住用地,容積率為1.73。本集團需支付價款人民幣37,998.00萬元。
