和嘉控股(00704.HK)料年度溢利按年显着下降
和嘉控股(00704.HK)公布,预期集团团截至去年12月31日止年度溢利按年将录得显着下降,主因虽集团年度的经营收入按年有所增加,但由於焦炭销售价格受国内市场影响有所下跌,加上原财料价格却变化不大的影响,导致年度经营盈利下降30%左右;及预期年度将不再发生大额物业厂房设备项目的减值回拨。
集团指,已采取适当措施,以降低原材料采购成本、制造费用及各项费用,加强运营管理,促进盈利水平提升。同时,集团将积极推进已披露项目的收购合并程序及落实,以建立市场的领先地位,提高产业链的综合盈利水平。
