格隆匯2月7日丨大唐發電(00991.HK)發佈公告,公司於2019年7月17日對外披露了《大唐國際發電股份有限公司持股5%以上股東減持股份計劃公告》。截至該公告日,天津津能通過集中競價方式累計減持公司股份92萬股,約佔公司總股份的0.005%。本次減持股份計劃實施完成後,天津津能持有公司股份1,295,092,600股,約佔公司總股份的6.998%。
公司於2020年2月6日收到天津津能發來的《關於股份減持結果的告知函》,天津津能減持股份計劃減持期限已屆滿並結束。
