格隆匯2月7日丨太古地產(01972.HK)公佈2019年第四季度若干營運數據資料,香港整體辦公樓物業租用率99%,太古廣場租金調幅為上升19%;太古坊上升13%;港島東中心及太古坊一座上升11%。
零售物業,香港地區太古廣場購物商場、太古城中心、東薈城名店倉零售銷售額分別為跌16.8%、2.9%、4.5%%;中國內地的三里屯太古裏、廣州太古匯購物商場、頤堤港購物商場、成都遠洋太古裏及上海興業太古匯零售銷售額增長分別為10.6%、19.7%、26.4%、22.9%及72.6%。
