宏華集團(00196.HK)附屬完成長寧區塊頁巖氣壓裂工程服務首期項目3口井壓裂工作
格隆匯2月6日丨宏華集團(00196.HK)公佈，公司附屬公司於近日完成長寧區塊頁巖氣壓裂工程服務首期項目3口井壓裂工作，累計壓裂67段。公司採取全電動拉鍊式壓裂作業，作業隊伍在該平台創造了多項施工記錄。平均排液量達到16立方米每分鐘，壓力達到95兆帕，施工速度達到最高日壓4段，平均加砂強度達到290噸每段。在上述工況下，電動壓裂泵還創造了連續工作200小時零故障的全國記錄。
為保障國家能源安全，提升清潔能源佔比，頁巖氣等非常規油氣勘探開發加速，行業也在探索高效低成本開發模式。經過近年努力，國內市場行業巨頭已逐漸認可電動壓裂綠色開採方案，“電網先行，以電打氣”的全電動壓裂模式已逐步發展成為行業趨勢。截止到2019年12月31日，公司在中國市場實現同時提供75萬水馬力電驅壓裂泵注服務能力，為全國領先電動壓裂泵注服務供應商。
目前，公司在四川威遠、長寧、榮縣、瀘縣、重慶涪陵、南川、武隆、彭水、新疆瑪湖等頁巖氣、緻密油氣區塊均開展電動壓裂泵注服務，其服務區域涵蓋國內頁巖氣的涪陵頁巖氣田（歸屬於中國石油化工集團有限公司）、川南頁巖氣田（歸屬於中國石油天然氣集團有限公司）、威（遠）榮頁巖氣田（歸屬於中石油集團及中石化集團）和長寧頁巖氣示範區（歸屬於中石油集團）四大產區，累計提供泵注服務超過3900段。在四川和新疆分別創下日壓裂6段和8段的記錄。在重慶南川，最高作業壓力達120兆帕。
據悉，公司一直致力於為頁巖氣開發添磚加瓦。回顧電動壓裂裝備與服務發展歷程，2012年公司首次發佈頁巖氣整體電動解決方案，並在美國國際海洋石油技術展覽會推出全球單機功率最大的6000HP電動壓裂撬，2015年國內首次實現電動壓裂與傳統柴油車聯合作業，2017年首次大規模集中使用35千伏安電網帶動8台電動壓裂泵作業，2018年在威遠平台實現35千伏安電網與燃氣發電結合的雙電源方案壓裂施工，2019年5月首次使用10台全電動壓裂泵集中大規模作業。
至此，公司已實現頁巖氣超高壓、大排量、全電動綠色開發。2019年7月油氣工程服務遠程資訊中心投入使用，可實現對鑽井、壓裂平台的遠程監控、維護和指導。隨着以6000HP電動壓裂泵為核心的成套壓裂裝備投入使用，公司未來將專注於提供電動壓裂的核心泵注服務以支援國內油氣工程方的壓裂總包服務工作，為非常規油氣開發貢獻更多力量。
