兩連板均勝電子(600699.SH)：子公司成為特斯拉中國Model 3和Model Y車型供應商
格隆匯2月6日丨均勝電子(600699.SH)公佈，公司股票連續2個交易日漲停。公司關注到近期有媒體報道均勝電子成國產特斯拉定點生產商，經公司管理層自查，公司現將與特斯拉公司的合作情況和公司新能源汽車相關業務開展情況説明如下：
1、與特斯拉的合作情況
公司子公司臨港均勝安全於近日收到特斯拉中國的定點意向函，正式確定臨港均勝安全為特斯拉中國Model 3和Model Y車型的供應商，為其提供方向盤、安全氣囊等汽車安全系統產品。本次臨港均勝安全收到定點意向函，為公司新獲特斯拉訂單。據特斯拉中國預測，國產Model 3和Model Y的年總產量約為30萬輛，目前按照上述年產量核算，該項目新增訂單總金額約15億元人民幣，臨港均勝安全將於2020年開始逐步為其供貨，訂單生命週期約為3～5年。
除此之外，公司汽車安全事業部此前已向特斯拉全系列車型配套全套被動安全系統和滿足最新碰撞法規要求的前發動機罩舉升器。目前公司汽車安全事業部獲得的特斯拉訂單總金額約60億元人民幣。公司亦為特斯拉全球配套HMI控制器及相關傳感器等產品。目前公司汽車電子事業部獲得的特斯拉訂單總金額約15億元人民幣。
上述公司汽車安全事業部和汽車電子事業部獲得的特斯拉訂單總額約為75億元人民幣，在未來3～5年內會逐步量產，預計每年產生的營業收入佔公司整體營業收入比例有限，公司在履行上述訂單過程中如果遇到市場、經濟等不可預計或不可抗力等因素的影響，有可能存在項目無法全部履行的風險。
2、公司新能源汽車業務進展
公司在新能源汽車領域提供的產品包括電池管理系統、無線充電和高壓快充模塊、48V電池管理系統、車載充電器（OBC）、DC/DC轉換器、隨車充電樁和PDU配電箱等產品，客户包括奔馳、寶馬、保時捷、大眾等國內外各大整車品牌。目前公司新能源電池管理和充放電系統業務相關訂單總金額約150億元人民幣，在未來3～5年內會逐步量產，預計每年產生的營業收入佔公司整體營業收入比例有限，公司在履行上述訂單過程中如果遇到市場、經濟等不可預計或不可抗力等因素的影響，有可能存在項目無法全部履行的風險。
