富煌鋼構(002743.SZ)：2019年10-12月累計新籤銷售合同額5.82億元
格隆匯2月6日丨富煌鋼構(002743.SZ)披露2019年10-12月份新籤銷售合同情況簡報，公司2019年10-12月份累計新籤銷售合同額人民幣約5.82億元(包括2019年7-9月已中標合同額約1.33億元)。公司2019年累計新籤銷售合同額人民幣約44.64億元，已中標尚未簽訂銷售合同的金額合計9580.56萬元。
2019年，公司積極推動業務模式升級，完善業務訂單結構，實現總承包項目及業務加工優質項目訂單量的穩步提升，以績優訂單為引領，推動公司裝配式業務的持續健康發展，帶動公司整體效益提升：
1、公司充分發揮房建總承包特級資質優勢，開拓部分重點市場，繼續加大裝配式建築市場開拓力度，以優質訂單量增長為動力，促進公司效益不斷提升。公司2019年先後承接了阜陽市九里安置區裝配式建築深化設計施工總承包工程、合肥海恆總部大樓設計施工一體化項目、映月灣裝配式住宅小區項目等裝配式建築項目共計約16.04億元，裝配式建築合同金額較上年同期增長約103%,保障了公司裝配式建築產業的持續健康高效發展。
2、以重點工程合同承接、建設為重心，繼續加大裝配式建築市場開拓力度，
不斷加強部分已承接重點工程項目建設，做精做強，打造精品示範工程。2019年，公司持續推進了阜陽抱龍安置點、阜陽職業技術學院新建校區等重點工程項目建設，進一步加大了區域內重點工程合同的承接。期間內，公司承接的1億元以上的項目合同共7項，合同金額合計約24.24億元，1億元以上合同合計金額較上年同期增長約25.70%。
3、以技術研發為手段，有效提升公司產品質量，完善富煌裝配式建築技術體系建設，通過以“裝配式鋼結構建築技術集成與智能建造”為核心，採用BIM協同設計與信息化精確管理方式，提高工程的標準化建設，逐步建立健全了裝配式鋼結構兼EPC總承包技術體系，在增強自身技術應用水平同時，增強技術效益。2019年，公司簽訂技術轉讓合同1項，合同金額2000萬元，為公司技術積累發展和業務模式多樣化邁出了堅實的一步。
4、公司繼續加大貨款回收力度，加強項目管理及合同履約，完善已建立的應收賬款管理制度，以寧夏生態紡織產業園項目的貨款回收為重要抓手，實現各類款項的及時回收，提高應收賬款週轉率；並不斷豐富融資渠道，加強內部資金運用考核，改善現金流結構。
