格隆匯2月6日丨環旭電子(601231.SH)披露2019年度業績快報，實現營業總收入372.04億元，同比增長10.89%；利潤總額14.33億元，同比增長2.83%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤12.62億元，同比增長6.98%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤10.45億元，同比減少12.52%；基本每股收益0.58元。
公司2019年實現營業收入372.04億元，較2018年335.50億元同比增長10.89%。其中，營收佔比較大的通訊類、消費電子類產品營收同比增長超過10%，工業類、存儲類產品營收同比增長超過30%，電腦類產品營收下滑16%左右；主要原因為：(1)通訊類產品增加新產品和主要客户訂單增加；(2)消費電子類產品中穿戴產品銷量增長；(3)工業類產品客户訂單成長；(4)存儲類產品增加新客户；(5)電腦類產品受貿易摩擦和主要客户訂單減少影響較大。
受2019年度SiP相關產品營收佔比提高和非SiP產品毛利率略有下降影響，公司2019年毛利率下降0.9個百分點，此外，公司2019年度期間費用同比增幅較大，造成公司2019年實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤10.45億元，較2018年的11.94億元下降12.52%。期間費用中管理費用同比增長1.68億元，主要由於適用新租賃準則造成折舊費用增加、公司人員相關費用增長、併購項目的一次性費用進入管理費用等原因，財務費用同比增長0.74億元，主要由於2019年利息費用增加所致。
公司2019年度的非經常性損益金額為2.17億元，較2018年-1,445萬元增幅較大，主要為出售交易性金融資產的投資收益(包括證券投資以及理財產品等)以及政府補助等。非經常性損益對公司2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤增長有積極作用。
