新乳業(002946.SZ)：疫情對部分常規渠道的短期動銷帶來負面影響
格隆匯2月6日丨新乳業(002946.SZ)午間披露新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情對公司生產經營影響。
(一)牧場方面生產經營情況
公司下屬各牧場除部分牧場淘汰牛業務有所影響外，整體生產經營工作均有序開展。按照慣例，公司下屬牧場均會在春節前提前對物資進行充足儲備，儲備量通常會按照2個月左右正常用量進行儲備，所以牧場經營目前並未受到較大影響。近日，農業農村部等多部門聯合發文，明確各地要確保養殖場生產物資的運輸。公司密切保持與各地相關部門的溝通，目前來看，各項物資均能按時到位。
(二)乳製品加工廠生產經營情況
疫情發生後，公司第一時間對疫情可能對公司產生的負面影響進行了分析，同時就2020年各項經營目標進行梳理，並針對可能因為疫情產生影響方面進行強化，制定調整一系列生產經營銷售預案，確保生產經營活動正常開展。各地區公司也按照預案要求，配合當地政府，強化組織領導，並保障市場鮮奶及乳製品供應。
1月29日，國家市場監督管理總局通過視頻會議啟動了“保質量、保價格、保供應”(以下簡稱“三保”)系列行動，公司是首批響應的企業之一。各工廠嚴格按照“三保”原則組織推進，嚴格按照質量體系和產品標準全程管控，確保新鮮營養的產品上市。針對部分來自湖北的原輔料、包材的供應短缺，供應鏈部門第一時間快速響應，通過內部庫存調劑、備用供應商啟動、原輔料替換等方式確保供應。
公司在生產經營方面受到的影響，主要體現為疫情影響部分商超關閉，商超客户的購買時間、購買方式和購買行為也發生了一些變化，市區、鄉鎮村的部分銷售網點關閉，學校延期開學等，對部分常規渠道的短期動銷一度帶來負面影響。所幸疫情雖然改變了消費者的購買頻次、購買方式和購買行為，但牛奶作為剛需產品的消費需求並未因此而消失，而與正常春節期間相比，消費者出現的場景還變得更加有確定性，所以公司針對疫情期間採取的措施收到明顯效果。
首先，公司積極拓展線上業務，滿足消費者由於響應疫情防控號召，不能或者不願出門，消費需求更多通過線上消費來實現的變化。其次，大力推動訂奶到户、送奶到家業務，以滿足消費者居家的消費場景。第三，走近社區，在社區外擺點銷售，滿足非線上消費及非訂奶到户人羣居家之後對乳製品的消費需求。第四，疫情期間，加大對低温產品，特別是低温鮮奶的傳播和推廣，並取得積極的效果。第五，發揮公司核心區域管控力強、供應鏈反應及時的特點，在更貼近消費者的社區店、便利連鎖店加大銷售力度，及時滿足消費者的需求。
